Full Service Planning
The Full Service Package is for the couple looking for a Coordinator to work with them throughout the planning process. This package allows couples to be involved in the planning process but assures them that all the work involved with setting up meetings and reviewing contracts with be taken care of so they can save time, eliminate unnecessary stress and enjoy the planning process.
Price: Starting at $4500
Basic Overview:
One meeting with you at the very beginning for an extended consultation to determine your vision and priorities. Work to establish the style of your wedding including guest count, time of day, location formality, and budget. Discuss event design, theme, and decor concepts. Begin to define financial boundaries and develop a budget for entire event.
One meeting to assist with the following: ceremony and reception venue selection, invitation ordering (assistance with wording and etiquette), final dress fitting and assistance with men’s attire, tastings, and menus selections (especially for guests with special dietary needs). Will verify availability, coordinate, and attend the meeting.
One meeting (on location or off site) 4-6 weeks prior to wedding date to touch on any remaining details to be competed. Work on “Wedding Day Itinerary”. Do venue walk through noting delivery and set up spaces, restrictions, logistical issues and any other areas of importance. Do sample table top with linens, flowers and other decor items.
One meeting 2 weeks prior to wedding date to discuss final details and finalize “Wedding Day Itinerary”. Hand off any decor items to be used at the ceremony and reception.

Develop a countdown Checklist, highlighting major deadlines and key milestones in the planning process.
Provide Professional Preferred Vendor List.
Obtain copies of all vendor contracts. Review and confirm details and timing of events with all vendors.
Review and proof BEO (Banquet Event Order) provided by catering manager.
Make sure all vendors meet commitments to your standards and vision for set up and break down. Act as liaison between you and your vendors to endure all wished are met.
Develop facility diagrams and floor plans for your reception.
Develop and distribute a comprehensive “Wedding Day Itinerary” for vendors and wedding party.
Distribute to vendors the week of the wedding and to wedding party at the rehearsal.
Coordinate and oversee the rehearsal to ensure all participants know their responsibilities and the schedule of events for the wedding day.
Coordination of ceremony and reception. Set up and manage events for each activity.
Assist you and your families with any matters that arise. Provide etiquette advice when requested.
Relay final head count appropriate vendors. Final vendor confirmations the week of the wedding.
Assist bride and groom, wedding party, family, Officiant, guest and vendor activities on your wedding day.
Rehearsal:
Distribute the “Wedding Day Itinerary” to the bride and groom, wedding party, family, ceremony participant, and Officiant.
Coordinate and rehearse all aspects of ceremony in details.
Ensure that bride and groom, wedding party, family and friends are aware of roles duties for the big day.
Give pointers and tips on how to make the ceremony and wedding day flows smooth.
Pre-Ceremony:
Make sure site set-up is done to your specifications.
Assist bride and wedding party in dressing (when requested)
Place Guest book, programs, and altar items to your specifications.
Ensure all floral arrangements (bouquets, corsages, nosegays, boutonnieres, flower girl baskets, and wedding flowers) are distributed to correct wedding party and family members.
Ceremony:
Review and ensure ushers greet and escort guests to appropriate areas and seats. Ensure seats are reserved for special family and friends. Answer any questions.
Form precessional line-up. Cue the musicians, bride and groom, wedding party, family and Officiant for ceremony start.
Assist photographer in gather wedding for photos. Ensure he/she shoots must have pics from your shot list.
Collect flowers, candles, pew bows, and other items to be moved to reception location.
Adhere to the schedule, watch the clock, and guide you to the next upcoming event so you can relax and enjoy your day.
Assure that marriage license is signed and given to the Officiant.
Direct guests to cocktail reception.
Cocktail Hour & Reception:
Make sure site set-up is completed (tables, stages, etc) to your specifications and floor plan before guests enter reception area.
Ensure place cards, cake and gift tables are set and decorated appropriately. Move any items such as guest book or floral decor to reception area.
Place favors, table numbers, disposable cameras, candles on guest tables. Light any candles.
Coordinate details with other vendors at the reception. Make sure everyone is aware of and is following the schedule set in the “Wedding Day Itinerary”.
Work with Chef and Catering Staff to ensure special dietary needs guests are served and that the champagne toast and cake cutting are executed flawlessly.
Coordinate with DJ or Master of Ceremonies to ensure your reception flows smoothly from start to finish. Gather and cue bride and groom, bridal party, and family for grand entrance(s), toast(s), first dance(s), cake cutting, garter/bouquet toss, and grand exit.
Coordinate with photographer to ensure any specific pictures are taken.
Ensure execution of all vendor meals and breaks.
Distribute final payments and gratuities.

Additional assistants will be required for weddings larger than 250 guests
Month of - Planning
The Month Of Package is designed for the couple that has taken care of most of the wedding planning themselves yet would like to assistance with the last minute details and coordination of the rehearsal and the day of. We will step in with a month to go to confirm vendor details, set a timeline for the big day, and bring to your attention anything that may have been overlooked.
Price: Starting at $2500.

Ala Carte Planning
Rehearsal Dinner: with a guest list consisting of your closet friends and family, the rehearsal dinner can be an event unto itself requiring almost as much planning as the wedding. Let us help you select a venue, menu and set-up any decor items on the day of the rehearsal so you can relax and enjoy this time.
Price: $500
Out-of-town Guest Brunch: We can help coordinate a brunch for your guests the morning after your event. We can help to secure a location, select a menu, and make sure everything is set up to your taste. Whether you are there or off enjoying your honeymoon, rest assured knowing we have taken care of the details.
Price: $500
Bridal Shower and Bachelor & Bachelorette Parties: Life can be busy and even though parties are meant to be fun, sometimes they can be an added stress during the planning process. We can provide event ideas, themes, and suggestions, help to book locations, and research hotel accommodations. Let us do the work so you can enjoy the party.
Price: $500
Invitation Service: Your invitations are ordered but you are too busy to deal with all your work in getting them in the mail. We can pick them up, stuff them, coordinate with the calligrapher, deliver to the Post Office, collect response cards, and contact tardy RSVP’s. We will also provide you with a spreadsheet that can be used to plan seat assignments, monitor gifts, and check off thank you cards written after the event.
Price:$450
Favors and Hospitality Gifts: Want to treat your guests to delightful, custom-made favors at their place setting or hospitality gifts as they check in to their hotel rooms? We can work to create the perfect design element to match your vision and budget. We will shop for, create, and deliver the favors or gifts to your event venue or to the various guest accommodations.
Price: TBD, based on design and materials.
Hourly rates: For your convenience, we can be contracted at an hourly rate of $75 for design work and event management. A two-hour minimum applies to the items handled offsite.
Meetings: Additional meetings can be added to any of our packages.
