If you are budget conscious, we have silk floral arrangements, swags and topiaries available for rent to decorate the many pieces in our French Ironwork Collection. The floral we carry is top-of-the-line; most people have no idea that the flowers we use are not fresh. Many of the pictures you see listed are silk floral designs. Organza, tulle, silk fabric and an array of ribbons are available to add to the look of your wedding design.
Charmel Events is a full-service event company providing design services, delivery, complete set-up, teardown and removal. For our rental items, delivery is available throughout most of Southern California. Our banners and aisle runners are purchase items and are available nationwide. We are committed to giving our clients the very best service and satisfaction. Charlene Sanner, owner, designer and artist, has over 12 years experience in design work and event coordination.
Policies and Procedures
RENTAL PRICES – All rental prices are based on one 24-hour day. If the rental property is not returned by the 24-hour period an additional fee may be charged to your bill. Some exceptions apply; inquire within.
RESERVATIONS – We require a minimum order of $300, and a 50% deposit to reserve your date.
The final balance is due on or before the wedding date.
DEPOSIT (Cancellations) –Any cancellation or change of date made six months from the reserved date will be given a full refund of the deposit. Any cancellation or change of date made three months from the reserved date half of the deposit amount will be refunded. The deposit is non-refundable to all cancellations or changes made less than 3 months from the reserved date.
SET-UP / DELIVERY FEES – If set-up or delivery is needed a charge will be applied. For set-up fees it is determined by the amount of projected time it will take to complete the job as well as tear down. The delivery fee is based upon the round trip distance from Redlands, CA to the wedding site at $.29 a mile.
TERMS & CONDITIONS – A contract is made for each customer once they have established what items they would like to rent. The contract must be signed and sent back to Charmel Events with their deposit in order to rent those items on the contracted date.
